wanderlust commonly defined as a strong desire to travel, or by having an itch to get out and see the world. is a german loanword (wandern, to wander, and lust, desire).

the definition above is from wikipedia but then of course it's not explaining why i've chosen this name :) as a big r.e.m. fan i knew that my personal site must have some kind of borrowings from the band. when 'around the sun' cd came out i already knew that it'll be 'wanderlust', since it's one of songs. it's a simple name, easy to remember and it's very close to me and my dream of travelling and being there where i want, not where i must.

wanderlust was born on april the 14th, 2006. but was never updated and passed shortly after. this is the tenth version of the site, hopefully it'll have longer life and be more succesful. it was created only as presentation of my artwork and i guess it won't be any kind of blog. i'm not a good writer :)
